Therapist Profile
Katina Laib, LMFT
About
I help people who struggle with big emotions due to difficult experiences in childhood or feeling different from others. This may look like anger outbursts with loved ones or numbness. I work well with young adults and parents of young children who are trying their best to get through the day. My style of therapy is compassionate and solution-focused, where I teach skills that my clients use to improve their day to day interactions. People who know me well describe me as kind, authentic, and welcoming. While I enjoy assisting people of diverse faiths and backgrounds, I am also passionate about combining effective tools and research from psychology with spiritual healing. I am a Fremont native and am passionate about equipping and supporting my community.
